How do you paint cars efficiently when more and more special colors are required?
This was exactly the challenge faced by a premium automotive manufacturer. Instead of using large volumes of a single color, today’s production requires many different shades to be processed flexibly and economically.
In a recent project, POMA Systems developed an intelligent paint supply system to meet these requirements. Paint is delivered directly to the painting robots in precisely the required quantities – fast, precise, and without unnecessary losses. Any unused paint is automatically returned and can be reused.

Especially important: The complete system was assembled and tested at full scale (1:1) under real operating conditions in the POMA technology center prior to delivery. This ensured a safe and smooth production start at the customer’s plant.
