Product quality is key to a manufacturer's image
A product can create any image. The core and identity of any manufacturer is thus derived from its production know-how. Regardless of all overriding marketing strategies it is this production know-how that determines a company’s market position at the product level itself. It is here that real, tangible products are created. Compared to the actual product reality, words, advertising, brands and image are in the long term ultimately all just so much hot air. Even more so than with assembly systems, producers are reluctant to disclose their know-how. And with good reason. Automated production systems can nevertheless only be produced in a spirit of trusting cooperation between client and custom engineering specialist.
