Although color changers for painting have been around for a long time, there is still room for optimization and improvement. We'd like to introduce our ultra-compact p-XS color change unit, featuring an integrated material pressure regulator and gear dosing pump.
This system supports up to 20 circulating colors. What makes it special is that all critical components are directly connected without the need for additional hoses. This saves paint and flushing media while allowing for a highly compact installation on the robot’s process arm.
Despite its compact design, the system offers a wide range of configuration options — pump sizes, regulator gear ratios, and of course, the number of colors can all be tailored to your needs.
